This is rendered in Eevee. I’ve been reading an Allan Brito book on rendering in Eevee, so I thought I’d try it out with this scene. Main advantage is faster iteration. Given the amount of tweaking I need to do it might be the way to go for a while. One needs to pay more attention to indirect lighting in Eevee than in Cycles.
So I’ve got a decent rig for my MakeHuman characters with IK leg, nice foot roll, and eye tracking. I guess it’s time to create some more characters, and even look into adding more options (clothes mainly) in MH.
Meanwhile I’m working through the Concept Production Art course on LearnSquared. I think it’s a good fit for where I’m at right now.
