I’m jumping around all over the place with my 3D stuff. After posting yesterday I decided I need to go back even further, and to focus on modelling a single object. It’s not just the modelling that’s a problem, the texturing is probably an even bigger one. Getting something to look real is very hard.
So, I’m back to a Udemy course I started a while ago but didn’t get very far with, on Materials in Blender. I’ll get to the end of this one and try to make a few simple objects with decent materials. Then perhaps on to some still lifes, and eventually larger scenes. Let’s hope I can stick with it this time. At least the chronic tiredness that has been plaguing me lately has abated a bit.
