I’m getting back into CG after nearly two years break. Trying to work out a good workflow. I no longer have an Adobe subscription, so using Krita for painting. Not in this image though. Still using Vue, which is also a subscription model now but fortunately not too expensive yet.
Here I modelled the cliff in Blender, using a lot of sculpting. I still have ZBrush but Blender is very convenient going from modelling to sculpting and back again in a single app. The cliff is pretty rough but it’s a good start. Tree is a Vue (or rather Plant Factory) tree. Lots of refinement needed of course.
